TRANSPORT COMMISSIONER
The transport broker may be independent, associated or employed to carry out his activity in a road transport company.
Otherwise, the broker works most of the time as an independent, by creating his own transport brokerage company.
The company wishing to be a transport broker must be registered in the register of transport brokers (request for authorization to practice the profession of transport broker)and meet professional capacity requirements(The professional capacity of transport broker)and professional honorability defined inArticles R.1422-3 to R.1422-8 of the Transport Code.
