Guadeloupe - Martinique - Reunion - Guyana

Decree of November 17, 2016 - Art.R3511-6

For public road transport companies for goods, removal companies or companies renting industrial vehicles with drivers intended for the transport of goods established in Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique or Réunion and which declare that they limit their activity to the community where they are established, the amounts mentioned in Article R. 3211-32 are 600 euros for vehicles not exceeding a maximum authorized weight of 3.5 tonnes and, for vehicles exceeding this limit, 6,000 euros for the first vehicle and 3,000 euros for each of the following vehicles.

Effective February 9, 2022

For public road transport companies for goods, removal companies or companies renting industrial vehicles with drivers intended for the transport of goods established in Mayotte and which declare that they limit their activity to the sole community where they are established, the amounts mentioned in Article R. 3211-32 are 600 euros for vehicles not exceeding a maximum authorized weight of 3.5 tonnes and, for vehicles exceeding this limit, 6,000 euros for the first vehicle and 3,000 euros for each of the following vehicles.

For the application of the provisions of Article R. 3113-31 to public road passenger transport companies established in Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique or Réunion and which declare that they limit their activity to the sole community where they are established, the amount taken into account for the calculation of the financial capacity required is set at 1,000 euros per vehicle not exceeding nine seats, including that of the driver.

Provisions relating to Mayotte

Effective February 9, 2022

For the application of the provisions of Article R. 3113-31 to public road passenger transport companies established in Mayotte and which declare that they limit their activity to the sole community where they are established, the amount taken into account for the calculation of the required financial capacity is set at 1,000 euros per vehicle not exceeding nine seats, including that of the driver. For vehicles with more than 9 seats, the amount of the financial capacity is 9,000€ for the first and 5,000€ for each of the following vehicles.
